    /mobiles <username> - get mobiles phones numbers | (Ex : /mobiles Ramirez)
    /phones <username> - get the nearest static phone number | (Ex : /phones Ramirez)
    /phones2 <radius> <username> - get all phones numbers in the radius | (Ex : /phones2 250 Ramirez)
    /iscalling <username> - check if selected player is calling | (Ex : /iscalling Ramirez)
    /stopcall <username> - stop player call if he is calling | (Ex : /stopcall Ramirez)
    /nearcl - get the nearest codelock code | (Ex : /nearcl)
